I'm a married mom of two. I work full time in Banking IT and during quarantine just immediately fell in love with the mission of REFIT of creating an inclusive fitness community where every BODY belongs. REFIT is my passion helping those who are afraid of gyms or lack confidence to feel connected and better about themselves.
